Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC in Houston, TX is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support inbound/outbound operations, load and unload materials, and ensure accurate handling of cargo in accordance with Crane SOPs.

You will operate equipment only after training (pallet jack, rider jack, standup, order picker, turret/ reach trucks, forklift over 5K) and maintain a safe, organized work environment while complying with quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Greater than one-year of related experience.
• Forklift certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• RF scanning equipment used for freight processing.

Responsibilities

• Sign off bill of lading (BOL), cross check packing list, picking, put away, and operate material handling equipment.
• Fills client orders safely, efficiently, and within Crane SOPs.
• Ensure distribution activities comply with internal quality standards and maintain a safe work environment.
• Read and follow work orders to move materials or containers.
• Load/unload materials and secure cargo to prevent shifting during transit.
• Complete required paperwork and use RF equipment to scan freight.
