Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics seeks a Warehouse Associate in Mesa, AZ to efficiently load and unload cargo, pick orders, and maintain accurate records using RF scanning. You will follow Crane SOPs and safety guidelines, operate approved equipment after training, and ensure correct labeling and packaging for transit.

The role requires on-site presence, stacking and moving materials, and completing paperwork with attention to detail while supporting a safe, productive warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Greater than one-year of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Sign off bill of lading, cross check packing list, picking, put away and label cargo.
• Fill client orders safely and within Crane SOPs.
• Ensure distribution activities meet internal quality standards and safety.
• Read work orders and follow instructions for material or container loads.
• Operate equipment only after training: pallet jack, rider jack, standup, order picker, turret, reach, forklift 5K+.
• Load/unload materials, secure with straps/padding for transit.
• Count, weigh and record units moved.
• Attach tags/labels to materials.
• Scan freight via WMS with RF equipment.
• Complete required paperwork promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Presence on-site at the assigned location.
