Job summary

Crane is seeking a warehouse associate in Ohio who will load, unload, label, and move client merchandise on-site. You will adhere to Crane SOPs, operate approved equipment after training, and ensure accurate packing and paperwork.

This role requires physical work, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a commitment to safety and accuracy. Preferred candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of related experience, with forklift certification completed within 90 days of

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Greater than one year of related experience.
• Forklift certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Sign off BOL, cross check packing list and prepare materials for movement.
• Fill client orders safely and efficiently following SOPs.
• Ensure distribution activities meet internal quality standards and safety.
• Read work orders and determine loads to move.
• Operate only authorized equipment after training (pallet jack, rider jack, stand-up, cherry picker, turret truck, reach truck, forklifts >5K).
• Load/unload materials, secure cargo for transit, and label appropriately.
• Scan freight using the warehouse management system with RF equipment.
• Complete required paperwork promptly and keep workspace clean.
• On-site presence required at assigned location.
