RJW Logistics Group is hiring a material handler with reach truck experience to operate forklift equipment and manage warehouse shipping duties in Romeoville, IL. You will load/unload, pick orders, and ensure accurate documentation while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

The role requires flexibility for 1st or 2nd shifts, up to 10–12 hour days when needed, and a path toward attendance and referral bonus programs. Join a team-focused, employee-owned organization.

Qualifications

• 3-6 months of forklift driving experience in a warehouse using reach truck/stand-up forklifts and Electric Pallet Jacks.
• High School Diploma or GED; warehousing certifications are a plus.
• Able to read, write, and understand English; good work history.

Responsibilities

• Operate reach truck/stand-up forklift safely to load and unload shipments.
• Assist with inbound/outbound freight and cross-docking as needed.
• Keep warehouse organized with proper stacking and housekeeping.
• Record shipments and verify paperwork for accuracy.
• Follow OSHA and RJW safety policies; wear seatbelts when operating equipment.
• Assist with overtime coverage and shift flexibility when required.
