Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida works with the community providing support in mission services, retail and donated goods, and business development.

Description of Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service to the stores, admin, and all vendors/donors. Primary duties include moving RAW donated materials, salvage commodities, trash, equipment/fixtures, or other designated materials on/off trucks, sorting them properly within the plant using the Kaizen system. Ensure full compliance with Kaizen guidelines and principles, assist in all salvage sorting areas, cross-train for other roles, and lead areas of operation, providing assignments as needed for Material Handler I's.

Required Experience: High School diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years of warehouse operations experience, loading 53', 48' containers, and box trucks. Supervisory experience required. Forklift experience preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).

Required Skills: Sufficient mobility to turn, lean, kneel, or bend. Ability to lift 40 pounds and work a flexible schedule.
