Ryder is hiring a Full Time Warehouse Material Handler in Grovetown, Georgia. You will work in a fast-paced distribution environment, loading, unloading, and staging orders using WMS and powered equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of two years of related warehouse and powered industrial lift experience required.
• Ability to read, do basic mathematics, understand and respond to written and verbal instructions in English for safety and work instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted; data entry into computer system.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and apply Warehouse Management System (WMS) order instructions.
• Recognize and correct potential process errors before actions affect the customer.
• Recognize damaged product and take appropriate action when discovered.
• Pull orders accurately as assigned and stage them for carrier location.
• Prepare receiving, storage and shipping documentation and maintain product accountability.
