Job summary

Oatey Company in Buford, Georgia is seeking a Warehouse Associate to accurately process all customer and replenishment orders daily while upholding safety, quality and performance goals.

Responsibilities include pulling raw materials, scanning with RF devices, stocking and organizing, and ensuring proper disposal of waste. Candidates must have 1–4 years of warehouse experience, forklift certification, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–4 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift certification required.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and 6S.
• Ability to lift and handle materials safely.

Responsibilities

• Pull raw material requests for delivery to production work centers and scan with RF device; supply consumables and dispose of certain waste.
• Return material to raw warehouse and consolidate into bays; scan with RF device.
• Follow safety procedures, PPE, and 6S; report equipment problems immediately.
• Report scrap, damaged product, or quality issues to supervisor.
• Maintain effective relationships with coworkers; take on additional duties as needed.
• Operate forklift, reach truck, and order picker as required within first 3 months.
