Job summary

Resilience is a technology-focused biomanufacturing company transforming how medicines are made. The Material Handler role reports to the Supervisor, Warehouse and moves material within and between operations, including sampling, loading/unload of trucks, and transferring materials in the tank farm.

Expertise in safety, SAP, WES, and PIT operations supports high‑volume production. Responsibilities include complying with SOPs and regulatory requirements, operating PITs and other equipment,

Qualifications

• Shipping and receiving experience required.
• Ability to meet requirements for Dangerous Goods certification.
• Must read, write, communicate and follow instructions clearly.
• Good attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with SOPs, GMPs and regulatory guidelines (OSHA, FDA, DEA, FTZ).
• Safely operate multiple types of Powered Industrial Trucks (PITs).
• Report and help investigate PIT incidents/accidents.
• Complete daily PIT safety checklists and charge batteries.
• Operate non-PIT equipment like hand pallet jacks and pallet wrappers.
• Maintain proficiency in SAP, WES, Outlook, Temp Tracer and related warehouse systems.
• Support site KPIs and keep areas clean and organized.
• Assist cycle counting and location audits.
• Handle receiving, shipping and storage of materials including chemicals and HAZMAT.
