Job summary

Dal-Tile Distribution, Inc. is seeking an intermediate-level Material Handler to stock, check, wrap, and load/unload materials. Hours are Monday-Friday, 6am-2:30pm, with possible overtime and Saturday work.

You will operate forklifts, pick customer orders, and support receiving and shipping activities in a fast-paced warehouse. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, forklift certification, and 1+ year of warehouse experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Certified Sit-Down Forklift Operator.
• 1+ years distribution/warehouse experience; 6 months stand-up forklift/order picker experience; pallet jack experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks to pick orders and convey to packing/shipping areas.
• Pull/assemble customer orders and verify outbound orders for accuracy.
• Perform stock checks and inventory cycle counts; restock and label vendor products.
• Move, store, and replenish material; maintain displays; handle general warehouse duties.
• Receive and unload inbound material; process shipments; stock material; handle returns and damaged shipments.
• Operate forklift equipment as required.
• Keep facility clean and organized; perform general maintenance and safety compliance.
• Follow safety rules per the Safety Program; report accidents and unsafe conditions.
• Perform other related duties as required.
