Job summary

Dal-Tile is seeking an intermediate level Material Handler to join our team in Dickson, TN. You will operate forklifts, stock, wrap, and load/unload materials, and ensure accurate order fulfillment for customer deliveries.

Key duties include receiving inbound shipments, performing cycle counts, keeping the facility clean and safe, and following the Safety Program. A high school diploma and forklift certification are required, with 1+ year warehouse experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Sit-Down Forklift Operator.
• 1+ year warehouse/distribution experience. Stand-up forklift experience required; pallet jack experience optional.
• Ability to read/write basic English and communicate clearly.
• Must be Dal-Tile certified to operate powered industrial trucks.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks to pick customer orders and move items to packing/shipping areas.
• Perform receiving duties: unload inbound material, stock material, process returns, and notify management of damaged shipments.
• Stock, restock, label vendor products, and maintain displays; conduct daily cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility; follow safety program and report accidents or unsafe conditions.
• Perform other related duties as required.
