Sumitomo Drive Technologies in Verona, VA, is seeking a full-time warehouse associate to load/unload, pick orders, replenish stock, and move materials. The role requires forklift experience and 2+ years in material handling in a fast-paced environment.

You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, perform pre-shift checks, and help keep the workplace safe and organized in a 5S culture. This is a non-exempt, hourly position with benefits.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Forklift experience required.
• Experience operating at least one of: order picker, reach truck, turret truck, or swing reach truck.
• General knowledge of warehouse procedures.
• Two years of material handling experience.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, unpack, check and store merchandise or materials
• Fill requisitions and orders
• Pack, crate and ship products and materials to departments or assembly lines
• Drive forklift, WAV or pallet jack to move bulk products
• Perform pre-shift equipment checks and operate powered industrial equipment
• Manual lifting as part of daily work
• Maintain 5S in the warehouse
• Follow safety and regulatory policies
• Other duties as assigned
