Landscape Structures Inc. is seeking a Material Handler in Delano, MN to safely move, identify, and deliver materials across production lines.

The role supports receiving, staging, and routing while maintaining accurate inventory counts and collaborating with production and warehouse teams. Hours are Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, with a pay range of $20.00–$25.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of material handler experience.
• Ability to safely use forklifts.
• Strong attention to detail to identify, verify, and count materials.
• Strong communication with production and inventory teams.
• Basic computer or scanner skills for material transactions.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to perform complex receiving, routing, staging, or material flow tasks with minimal supervision.
• Proven ability to maintain workflow pace and ensure timely delivery of materials.

Responsabilités

• Safely move, stage, and transport materials throughout the facility using forklifts.
• Receive, identify, and accurately put away incoming materials.
• Pull and verify materials for production orders to ensure correct parts.
• Deliver materials to production lines in a timely manner.
• Perform scrap material moves and assist with miscellaneous supply deliveries.
• Maintain accurate counts to support inventory accuracy.
• Communicate shortages, damage, or discrepancies to the team.
• Assist with cycle counts or physical inventory.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve material discrepancies or flow issues.
• Organize material locations and improve material flow for efficiency.
