Job summary

Sofidel America in Duluth, MN is seeking a Material Handler to support production, warehouse and shipping operations in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The role safely transports raw materials, finished goods, and recycled materials while helping ensure inventory accuracy and timely deliveries.

The position requires a 12-hour rotating shift, basic computer skills, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and forklift certification or willingness to obtain it.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Forklift certification or ability to certify on hire; prior forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work 12-hour rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Transport raw materials, finished goods, and recycled materials throughout the facility.
• Supply production lines with materials and remove finished products on schedule.
• Load, unload, stage, and organize materials for shipping and storage.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and complete equipment documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and support production needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment per OSHA/GMP/HACCP standards.
