Job summary

Lexington Manufacturing, LLC is hiring a Material Handler I in Oregon to safely operate forklifts, move materials, and support production. You will handle ERP transactions, maintain inventory accuracy, and perform cycle counts while collaborating with manufacturing and shipping teams on on-time delivery.

A high school diploma and forklift certification (or the ability to obtain) are required. This is an on-site role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to safely operate or become certified to operate forklifts.
• Ability to read and interpret safety procedures, work instructions, and operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to transport, stage, load, and unload materials throughout the facility.
• Support production by delivering materials to the right place at the right time to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Perform accurate ERP transactions and inventory updates to maintain system integrity and inventory accuracy.
• Conduct cycle counts, material verification, and discrepancy identification activities.
• Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and work instructions.
• Collaborate with production, warehouse, and shipping teams to support operational goals and customer commitments.
• Contribute ideas and participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance safety, quality, and productivity.
