Job summary

Generac Power Systems is seeking a Material Handler I-III onsite in Wisconsin. The role supports production by picking warehouse parts and delivering them to assembly areas, ensuring safe and efficient material flow.

Positions require strong attention to detail, teamwork, and basic PC skills. Forklift operation and ERP data entry are common duties, with a 2:30pm–10:30pm shift, overtime, and a shift premium.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience (I) or 1-3 years (II) or 2-5 years (III) depending level.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills.
• Intermediate PC knowledge (II) / Basic PC knowledge (I).
• Ability to operate forklift or other equipment to transport materials.
• Ability to enter/maintain/transact materials in ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Work under general supervision with well-defined tasks and follow company procedures, processes and policies.
• Participate in metric boards measuring Safety, Quality, CI, and Productivity.
• Complete and retain all required training.
• Resolve problems with assistance as needed based on level and complexity; follow procedures.
• Communicate with supervisor and team regularly.
• Participate in 5S programs and maintain area as normal or fix abnormal conditions.
• Operate forklift daily per procedure.
• Maintain good attendance per policy.
