Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ARS division seeks a Material Handler II for the El Paso, TX site to support storeroom and production areas. The role focuses on material allocation, planning, receiving, shipping, and timely order fulfillment while upholding Eaton’s quality standards.

Responsibilities include order picking, inventory accuracy, safety compliance, and using AS400 and related systems. A forklift certification may be obtained through training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 6 months manufacturing, distribution, or military experience.

• No relocation benefit is offered; candidates must reside within 50 miles of El Paso facility.

Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Material Handler II - 2nd Shift to join the El Paso, TX team!

The hourly rate for this position is $17.88 per hour, plus $1 per hour shift differential. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive plan.

Shift: 4:00pm-12:45am

Position Overview

The Material Handler will provide manufacturing expertise and support in the Storeroom and production area including, but not limited to, allocation of materials, planning, scheduling, verifying, receiving, and shipping with the overall goal of timely order fulfillment and adherence to Eaton's quality standards.

In This Function You Will

• Responsible for picking multiple orders for production assembly
• Resolve warehouse challenges with attention to detail
• Responsible for performing accurate inventory transactions
• Comply with all safety and industrial hygiene requirements, including proper use of personal protective equipment and operation of equipment in a safe and competent manner. Understand and meet all departmental safety objectives and goals
• Support assigned work-area clean and organized per 5S standards.
• Closely follow established procedures for completing assigned function and perform special assignments and/or projects as assigned.
• Executing warehouse transactions through AS400 and use various complex business systems
• Ability to obtain a forklift certification through workplace training

Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 6 months manufacturing, distribution, or military experience
