Job summary

RR Donnelley is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the first shift in Illinois. You will read work orders, move and stack printed materials, load/unload items, and use hand trucks and forklifts as needed to keep products flowing through the facility.

Ideal candidates will have knowledge of warehouse layouts, ability to prepare stock forms, and experience with wrapping/strapping equipment. The role offers competitive pay and benefits, with opportunities for overtime and advancement.

Qualifications

Good knowledge of general warehouse layout and storage areas.
Able to stock, move, arrange, and rotate items per instructions.
Able to complete forms relating to stock description, quantity, and labeling requirements.
Good skill with shrink-wrap, strapping equipment, powered lift equipment, pallet jacks, dollies, and hand tools.
May require forklift truck operation.

Responsibilities

Read work orders or follow verbal instructions to identify materials to move.
Feed, remove, flex, jog, and stack printed sheets, labels, or other in-process product.
Load and unload materials onto/from pallets, racks, or trucks, and secure them for transit.
Convey materials from storage to designated areas using hand truck or electric dolly.
Count, weigh, and record units of materials moved daily.
Attach labels or tags to materials and mark information on containers.
Stack/bundle materials using banding machine and clincher.
Operate automated equipment or industrial trucks to assist in loading/moving materials.
Perform other duties as instructed.
