Job summary

Stryker Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate in San Jose, CA to receive, inspect, and process materials, while maintaining accurate inventory records. You will prepare, stage, and ship items, and operate forklifts as needed.

Training others on distribution processes may be required, and a benefits package is available. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED with manufacturing experience preferred.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 am- 4:00 pm, with OT as needed by the business.

What You Will Do:

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders and shipping documentation.
• Maintain inventory records and update inventory management systems to support material tracking and accuracy.
• Prepare, package, and stage materials for shipment, production, or distribution activities.
• Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and order pickers, as required.
• Stock, organize, and distribute materials throughout the facility to support operational needs.
• Follow documented procedures, work instructions, and recordkeeping requirements to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Utilize computer systems and engineering drawings to support inventory, shipping, and warehouse operations.
• Support team success by training others on distribution processes and best practices when needed.
