Job summary

Arvato is seeking a Material Handler II in the United States. You will operate a reach truck and use SAP/ERP to move and track materials between production and storage areas, ensuring accuracy and compliance with specs.

The role starts at $20.50/hour and includes a $500 sign-on bonus, plus a range of benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life and disability coverage, and a 401(k) with company match. Prior warehouse experience is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of warehouse or logistics experience.
• Knowledge of WMS pertaining to warehouse activities.

• Identify and report quality issues or non-conforming materials.
• Ensure orders meet customer specifications and service levels.

• Communicate production needs and issues with cross-functional teams.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse tasks.

Job Description

As a Material Handler II at Arvato, you will be responsible for operating various powered industrial equipment, primarily a reach truck, to accurately transport component materials between the production departments and stage/storage locations. You will also use SAP/ERP for inputs and outputs as well as transport finished and semi-finished goods from production departments to shipping or other appropriate locations.

Starts at $20.50/hour

This position is eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus

YOUR TASKS:

• Perform quality inspections on materials, processes, and finished goods
• Record inspection results and maintain accurate documentation
• Identify and report quality issues or non-conforming materials
• Ensure orders meet customer specifications and service level expectations
• Support audits, process checks, and continuous improvement efforts
• Communicate production needs and issues with cross-functional teams
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse tasks as needed

Qualifications

YOUR PROFILE:

Have at least one year of experience operating a reach truck.

1+ years of relevant work experience in warehouse or logistics.

Knowledge of WMS (warehouse management system) pertaining to warehouse activities required

High school diploma or equivalent education required.
