  3. Replenishments
  4. Min/Max
  5. Cycle Counting
  6. Receiving & Put Away
  7. Inventory Control Assistance
  8. Picking
  9. Sales Force Initiation

About HID Physical Access Control Solutions (PACS):

Role Support and Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to SOPs and work instructions
  • Meet performance standards aligned with KPIs (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost)
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with peers and internal customers
  • Operate automatic and semi-automatic machines
  • Conduct manual operations as needed
  • Perform daily 5S and preventive maintenance
  • Identify and communicate improvement opportunities
  • Log and escalate issues proactively
  • Participate in root cause and corrective actions
  • Maintain personal training logs
  • Implement Help Desk tickets (IT and Engineering)
Experience and Background:
  • One year manufacturing experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work fast with high attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work overtime and different shifts
  • Ability to learn and maintain specialized equipment
  • Embrace change
  • Effective communication in English
  • Ability to interpret technical documents
