Job Responsibilities and Expectations

2. Customer Service: Provides excellent customer experiences to both internal and external customers (ACE Culture).
3. Operational Duties: Assists with unloading/loading trucks, sorts merchandise for storage, processing, distribution, and recycling, and operates baler machines.
4. Record Keeping and Safety: Maintains accurate records of recycling output, conducts safety inspections of equipment, and uses safety checklists. Obtains and maintains necessary licenses for equipment operation.
5. Equipment Maintenance and Compliance: Assists with basic maintenance of industrial equipment and complies with all safety standards and policies, including regulatory standards such as CARF and Department of Labor.
6. Additional Duties: Performs other job-related responsibilities as assigned, demonstrating proficiency through evaluation.
