Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is hiring for a Material Handler II for a weekend night shift (Sunday–Tuesday and alternating Saturdays), 6:15 PM–6:30 AM. You will move materials, assemble packaging, pick items, and verify orders with a handheld scanner.

Candidates should have 1 year of warehouse experience, familiarity with WMS, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Flexibility for overtime is a plus.

Weekend Night Shift, Sunday - Tuesday and Alternating Saturday, 6:15 PM - 6:30 AM

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Support operations by moving materials and inventory throughout the facility
• Construct packaging boxes and pick merchandise
• Verify orders, label products, and utilize a handheld scanner

What you need to succeed at GXO

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• 1 year of experience working in a warehouse environment
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)

It'd be great if you also have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience as a material handler
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, with possible overtime when needed

This job requires the ability to:

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights
• Sit, stand, or walk for long periods of time
• Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push and pull
• Handle or manage tools or equipment
• Tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments
