HealthTrust Performance Group is seeking a Material Handler II to support order fulfillment, receiving, stocking, and routing responsibilities across the distribution network. This role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include operating RF devices, maintaining records, and ensuring inventory integrity while adhering to HealthTrust Supply Chain standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• 3+ years warehouse experience required.
• Experience with mobile power equipment (stock picker, lift truck, turret/swing-reach) required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to operate RF devices and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Receive, distribute, and store products as directed in designated locations.
• Prepare and maintain records of materials received and shipped with dates and locations.
• Ensure inventory accuracy; verify products and quantities and maintain label integrity.
• Provide direction from management to assigned staff and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Maintain performance levels consistent with established standards for a Materials Handler.

Job Summary And Qualifications

The Material Handler II is responsible for providing the highest level of accuracy within each aspect of customer order fulfillment. This includes, but is not limited to, receiving product, stocking/replenishment, product selection, routing completed orders to the appropriate area, maintaining a clean and safe work environment; and providing direction from the management team to assigned staff. Utilization of computers and RF devices will apply. Performance consistent with guidelines established by the Operations Management Team of the CDC will be essential.

• Effectively practices and promotes teamwork in all duties. Actions are consistent with objectives and goals for department, distribution center, and health system. Remembers that patients are at the end of our supply chain
• Receives, distributes, and stores products as directed in designated locations.
• Prepares and maintains records of materials received and shipped including dates of transactions, locations, and other pertinent information.
• Performs duties in a manner that insures inventory accuracy throughout the health system. Verifies products, quantities, and insures label integrity. Provides notification of item maintenance when required. Actual accuracy performance consistent with established standards for a Materials Handler.
• Consistently produces work volumes relative to established standards for a Materials Handler.

High School Graduate/Equivalent Preferred

• 3+ years warehouse experience Required
• Experience with mobile power equipment, e.g., stock picker, lift truck, turret/swing-reach truck, rider jack, and/or the ability to learn and safely operate each. Required
