Kodak Alaris Colorado is the home of Kodak Moments Thermal Media Manufacturing and the Windsor Regional Distribution Center. The operations are responsible for the manufacturing and distribution of thermal media for photographic applications.

Position Summary
The Material Handler II Logistics is responsible for the picking, preforming 2nd checks on picks, loading and unloading materials and shipping of materials. Dependability and accuracy are vital traits for this role. It is important to have accurate shipments sent to our customers and ensure timely deliveries and commitments to our customers. In this position, you will work with a small, dedicated, team who has demonstrated a high-level of quality. The current position is for a straight day shift that runs Monday-Friday, 6:30am – 3:00pm MT.

Key Responsibilities
• Examine and check all materials including correct product labels, counts, product quality and general appearance to assure quality to the customer.
• Repetitive handling of product with various size and weights in warehouse environment. Products are manually picked and palletized using scanner guns, and our ERP system.
• Understanding and use of pick sheet to identify, retrieve, and deliver materials from warehouse to 2nd check area. 2nd check area then verifies proper amount of each material picked and prepares ship to customer.
• Prepare pallets by applying proper amount of shrink wrap around materials.
• Report productivity and quality concerns to team leader.
• It is up to individual to maintain all required training. Training consists of Fork Truck Training and All KA required training.
• Loading product on trailers for domestic and overseas customers. Product will be loaded on UPS, FedEx and oversea containers. Paying strict attention while loading to eliminate potential damage to product is highest priority.
• Manage receiving material into the warehouse using ERP system, from various suppliers
• Unloading thermal wide rolls from oversea containers and receiving them into warehouse through our ERP system.
• Able to work independently.
• Ability to assist with inventory counting and blind cycle counts.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role

Skills and Competencies
• Computer work (scanner guns, ERP system, changing from screen-to-screen etc).
• Constant visual attention, bending (climbing under storage racks).
• Mobility, constantly moving. Picking product, or 2nd checking product, before delivery to shipping area.
• Product movement requires the use of a pacer truck, (two handed operation) Activity includes product movement, in and out of the warehouse. Stretch wrapping pallets, pulling materials from rack to bring to 2nd check area. (constant) On occasion, a truck will need to be used to unload wide roll from container, and place in Thermal wide roll storage area.
• Visual acuity – constant.
• Ability to working alone.
• Ability to move (lift) 0 – 40 lbs. – not constant, but occasionally throughout the shift.
• 8-hour shifts.

Compensation: $20.00-24.00 per hour (based on experience)
