Job description

Material Handler
Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour
Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:00pm Overtime is a possibility along with some Saturdays being possible
Location: Paulsboro, NJ 08066

Job Duties:

• Receiving client assets into the company’s database
• Accurately logging and tracking items as instructed
• Quality control, and the secondary stock locations
• Communicate with internal departments to convey materials when/as needed.
• Perform pick up/delivery routes internally using a time-based system.
• Verifies packing lists, purchase orders, Bill of Ladings, or other documents to determine priorities, accuracy, and shipping methods required to meet shipping schedules and/or customer requirements.
• Reports shortages and/or damaged material to the appropriate personnel.
• Is the primary back-up to the receiver.
• Maintains an organized layout and safe work environment.
• Performs related duties as assigned by the Distribution Supervisor or Manager.
