Job summary

Chart Industries, Inc. seeks a full-time warehouse associate in Beasley, TX. Responsibilities include processing orders, receiving stock, maintaining inventory, and ensuring safety and organization in the warehouse.

Experience with Excel, data entry, and ERP systems is valued, as is having a forklift license. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, work indoors/outdoors, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–3 years industrial warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift certification or license preferred.
• Excel and data entry experience.
• Ability to use an ERP system and handle purchase orders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule.
• Receive and process warehouse stock, including inspecting, picking, unloading, labeling, storing, and entering transactions.
• Perform inventory controls and maintain high quality standards for audits.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment and optimize space utilization.
• Identify and report discrepancies and safely operate warehouse equipment.

What Will You Do?

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, and shipping).

Receive and process warehouse stock products, including inspecting, picking, unloading, labeling, storing, and entering transactions into the system.

Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment while optimizing space utilization

Identify and report any discrepancies.

Safely operate warehouse vehicles and equipment

Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures and regulations

Execute special projects as required

Support additional warehouse tasks as needed

REQUIREMENTS - MUST BE ABLE TO DO THE FOLLOWING:

Use a purchase order in any ERP system

WORKING CONDITIONS:
