Job summary

Triumph Systems, Electronics and Controls in West Hartford, CT seeks a Material Handler - Receiving Clerk for 1st shift (7:00am–3:30pm). This bargaining unit role offers a strong wage/benefits package and opportunity to work with state-of-the-art aerospace materials.

Responsibilities include receiving, storing, and disbursing items from vendors; maintaining records; coordinating with Purchasing; and occasional local pickups/deliveries within 15 miles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Good communication and ability to work in a team.
• Able to read and interpret instructions.
• Must have valid driver’s license and be able to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and perform receiving, storing, and disbursing items from vendors.
• Maintain up-to-date records of material received and disbursed.
• Notify Purchasing of over shipments and duplicate orders.
• May perform pickup/delivery within 15 miles of the West Hartford facility.
