Job description

Job Description: To support processing personnel with materials to complete the process, including Receiving, Dumping, Roasting, and Grinding.

Job Functions:

• Communicate with processing and support personnel to plan upcoming material needs.
• Operate equipment such as Strong-arm, Mobe-crane, and Vac-lift assist (Tea) during the shift.
• Cut green coffee bags for green pit dumping.
• Assist with sacking coffee in Green and Roasting areas as required.
• Perform sanitation tasks as required.
• Assist with rework reintroduction as needed.
• Understand movement forms, bag markings, and use of contract numbers (Coffee).
• Understand blend sheets, sequence numbering, and contracts for traceability (Tea).
• Accurately complete all quality checks and paperwork.
• Perform additional duties as directed by the Supervisor.
