PLA is a national supply chain solutions provider delivering pallet management, 3PL services, reverse logistics, and freight brokerage. This Material Handler I role in Commerce City, CO, pays hourly and involves sortation, movement, and preparation of pallets and merchandise with emphasis on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse or production environment is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail for reviewing products and performing quality inspections.
• Mechanical aptitude for performing minor repairs and using various tools.
• Ability to follow safety procedures for moving products and operating equipment.
• Reliability and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe movement of products (pallets, totes, merchandise).
• Review products for proper placement and quality.
• Prepare pallets or totes for shipment.
• Perform minor repairs on pallets or totes (e.g., cleaning, buffing).
• Perform sortation, inventory, and quality inspections as required.
• Assist with other duties to support team operations.
• Adjust to new work assignments and schedules to meet company needs.
• Maintain consistent and reliable attendance.
