Job description

The Material Handler I, under direct supervision, safely and effectively supports daily stockpoint operations by mixing liquid mud, loading bulk products, and shipping and receiving pallet materials to ensure quality customer service, safety, and efficiency.

  • Pay Rate: $23.00/hour
  • Assignment Length: 9-month contract with a high possibility of extension based on performance and other factors.
  • Shift Details: Monday - Friday | 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with some overtime
Responsibilities:
  • Verify material orders to ensure proper quantities are received and dispatched.
  • Operate forklifts safely and efficiently as required.
  • Repair and restack sack materials as needed.
  • Process empty drums for recycling and refurbishment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience operating forklifts.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly.
  • Comfortable working outside in various weather conditions.
  • SafeLand certification is a plus but not required.
