Job summary

Broan-NuTone LLC is seeking a dedicated material handler to operate a forklift and move raw and in-process materials across our Wisconsin manufacturing facilities. You will load and unload trucks, place components on racks, and support production lines with precise counting and packing.

The role emphasizes safety, adherence to procedures, and participation in continuous improvement. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and comply with all safety standards during shifts.

Qualifications

• Prior forklift/m​aterial handling experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Follow all safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate lift truck to unload/load trucks and move materials between areas as directed.
• Place components on racks or unload from racks as needed.
• Count and repack components and supply production lines.
• Place and remove dies from presses as required.
• Dump scrap and record weight with appropriate tools.
• Operate equipment including weigh/count scales, overhead crane, coil tipper, scanners, PC and RF.
• Complete required paperwork and follow procedures.
• Perform 5S duties and participate in Continuous Improvement.
