Job summary

The Material Handler I at Lyten, Inc. will ensure safe and efficient movement of materials between Lyten warehouses in San Jose and surrounding facilities.

Responsibilities include receiving, storing, and distributing materials, updating the ERP (NetSuite) records, and preparing shipments with accuracy. You will operate material handling equipment, perform cycle counts, and maintain impeccable inventory control while complying with HazMat/dangerous goods safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year in a warehouse or stockroom.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP preferred.
• Ability to operate hydraulic lifts, gantry systems, and pallet jacks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming materials per SOP.
• Store materials and update ERP records.
• Issue indirect consumables to labs daily.
• Pick and pack materials for shipment (Raw Material, Samples, Finished Goods, RMA).
• Load and unload trucks using material handling equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
• Operate material handling equipment (hydraulic lifts, gantry’s, pallet jacks).
• Follow all safety procedures including HazMat/dangerous goods.
