Job summary

Hayward Holdings Inc. is seeking a Material Handler to organize production material and support assembly efficiency at our Charlotte area facilities.

You will ensure timely delivery of parts to the production line, maintain correct quantities, and uphold safety and housekeeping standards. Responsibilities include unloading inbound shipments, inspecting packing slips, logging receipts, moving materials with RF scan, and returning unused parts to the correct location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3–5 years related experience is expected.
• Forklift certification is preferred.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrates accountability and integrity in tasks.

Responsibilities

• Unloading inbound shipments into Receiving area for QA check.
• Move material in system with RF scanner to correct warehouse locations.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and packing slips.
• Kit and deliver production parts to assigned locations.
• Return unused parts to home location or correct bin.
• Report damaged material to Supervisor immediately.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through audits and counts.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
