Job summary

Ebara Technologies Incorporated is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Oregon. Under direct supervision, you will perform routine shipping/receiving tasks, process orders, inspect deliveries, and maintain inventory records across manufacturing lines.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, breaking down pallets, stocking materials, and preparing shipments while adhering to safety policies and using MS Office tools to track weights and quantities.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED, Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1–3 years of Microsoft Office (Outlook) experience preferred.
  • General IT skills for entering information, weight, and tracking.
  • Knowledge of emails and archiving digital files.
  • 4–6 years inventory management experience, cycle counts.
  • 4–6 years warehousing/freight forwarding experience; forklift knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Receive deliveries and allocate to correct stock location.
  • Unload trucks, unpack and check goods against PO/invoice.
  • Inspect goods for damage; note on Bill of Lading.
  • Break down pallets and handle packaging with tools.
  • Stock, distribute materials, and prepare shipment records.
  • Receive orders into system and update inventory.
  • Maintain 100% safety and comply with safety policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

POSITION SUMMARYUnder direct supervision, work on assignments that are routine in nature where limited judgment is required. Perform administrative/physical tasks associated with shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSResponsible for receiving all deliveries made and allocating them to the correct stock location or department. (Essential)Unload trucks. Unpack and check goods received against purchase orders or invoices. (Essential)Maintain records of shipped and/or received goods and reject unsatisfactory items when necessary. Inspect each product for damage to the outside packaging. Note damages on the Bill of Lading before signing for delivery (Essential)Break down pallets and remove outer packaging, which requires the use of hand tools and power tools. (Essential)Lift heavy items and may operate a forklift. (Essential)Post weights and shipping charges, and prepare goods for final shipment. (Essential)Examine, stock, and distribute materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines. (Essential)Prepare and maintain records of merchandise shipped. Confirm the quantity received matches purchase orders. (Essential)Receive orders into Finesse and update inventory. (Essential)May prepare kitting packages for assembly production. General knowledge of receiving and sending emailsMaterials HandlingPreferred: 4-6 years of Experience managing inventory and the ability to perform regular inventory cycle counts.Minimum Requirement: Possesses a general understanding of receiving orders and signing for delivery.Supply Chain KnowledgePreferred: 4-6 years of experience working for a freight forwarder. 4-6 years of experience in the warehouse. 4-6 years of experience driving forkliftMinimum Requirement: Must be able to differentiate carriers i.e. FedEx, UPS ETC.SKILLS & ABILITIESWorking knowledge of MS Office products, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe Illustrator.Speaking in front of groups.
