Qualifications

• Good communication skills; English fluency, both verbal and written.
• Forklift operator authorization required and ability to operate equipment safely, including elevated locations.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and comply with hazardous shipping rules and regulations.
• Reading ability to identify labels and understand written documentation.
• Cooperative attitude toward co-workers and supervisors.
• 1–4 years of warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately processes customer and replenishment orders daily to meet safety, quality and performance goals.
• Pull raw material request orders and scan with RF device; supply consumables and manage waste disposal.
• Return material to the raw warehouse and consolidate into bays; scan during put away.
• Follow safety procedures, perform PPE checks, and maintain housekeeping and standard work.
• Report scrap, damaged product or quality problems to supervision immediately.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships; support team as needed.
• Handle other duties as assigned; adhere to essential job functions.
