Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a warehouse associate for our Buford, GA distribution center. You will perform material handling tasks across inbound, outbound, returns, and acquisitions operations, ensuring accurate inventory, productivity, and safety standards.

Use RF scanners, WMS, and voice-picking systems to process and move merchandise efficiently. The role requires attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, and willingness to learn new warehouse technologies.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately match numerical and alphabetical information.
• Adheres to operational, safety, and quality procedures.
• Maintains a safe work environment including lifting and handling merchandise.
• Willing to learn warehouse systems, RF tech, and processes.
• Experience in fast-paced warehouse environments preferred.
• Prior experience with automotive parts or related merchandise is a plus.
• Experience using WMS, RF scanners, or voice-picking equipment.
• Ability to work in productivity/quality driven settings.
• Proficiency in one or more additional languages is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately.
• Match item numbers, quantities, manifests, and shipping docs with products.
• Operate RF scanners, WMS, and voice-picking tools as required.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through scanning, labeling, auditing, and discrepancy resolution.
• Follow safety regulations and company policies; keep area clean and safe.
• Assist with returns, warranty items, and vendor returns per policy.
• Support continuous improvement and training as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
