Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a warehouse associate for our distribution center in Virginia. You will receive, unload, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise, using RF scanners and WMS to ensure accurate inventory and safe operations.

Responsibilities include matching item numbers, processing inbound/outbound shipments, handling returns, and maintaining high safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately match numerical and alphabetical information.
• Follows established operational, safety, and quality procedures.
• Maintain safe work environment, including but not limited to safely lifting, moving, and handling merchandise.
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems, RF technology, and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately and efficiently.
• Match item numbers, quantities, manifests, freight bills, and shipping documentation with physical merchandise.
• Process inbound shipments, outbound orders, store returns, warranty merchandise, acquisitions inventory, and vendor return according to O’Reilly policy.
• Operate RF scanners, handheld devices, voice-picking systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), and other warehouse technology as required.
• Properly store and retrieve merchandise from floor locations, shelving, racking systems, and reserve storage areas.
