Job summary

Mohawk Industries is seeking a warehouse associate to safely receive, locate and ship products in a distribution environment. You will pull products, pick from racks, perform cycle counts and audit pallets to ensure accurate orders.

The role requires basic PC skills, ability to lift 50–80 lbs, and the willingness to work various shifts. Certification on lift equipment and RF devices is a plus in this team-driven operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to become certified on lift equipment (fork, reach truck, cherry picker).
• Ability to operate on-board RF equipment preferred.
• Basic PC skills and data entry familiarity.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate work.
• Good communication with teammates and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Pulls products from pallets and transports to docks using a lift.
• Picks products from rack locations.
• Performs cycle counts for picking and bulk locations.
• Audits pallets to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Complies with safety policies and participates in forklift safety programs.
• Operates stretch wrap machine and attends required training.
• Follows standard operating procedures and maintains housekeeping.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by management.
