Job summary

Amcor Flexibles, LLC in Lawrence, KS is hiring a full-time forklift operator. You will perform daily equipment inspection, load/unload trailers, and manage inventory tasks while maintaining safety standards.

This role requires forklift certification, strong math and basic computer skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Weekend/overtime may be required, with starting pay of $20.50 per hour plus shift differential.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift permit; forklift training and permit provided.
• Meet physical requirements as listed.
• Legible handwriting.
• Good math skills and basic computer skills.
• Able to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
• Good time management skills.
• Good communication skills and team oriented.
• Basic knowledge of inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Daily inspection and care of equipment.
• Communicate with your shift's Front Line Leader concerning daily work priorities.
• Load and unload trailers in a safe manor.
• Complete cycle counts.
• Stage finished product.
• Pull orders from inventory and report inventory discrepancies.
• Work weekends and/or overtime as assigned.
• Complete all other duties as assigned.
