Covenant Transport, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler I to move goods within our warehouse and support production lines. You will operate a stand-up electric forklift, assemble orders, and ensure accuracy in inventory and documentation.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and adherence to 5S standards in a fast-paced environment. Prior warehouse experience and ability to read labels are preferred. Family-friendly benefits accompany competitive pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred.
• Leadership experience a plus.
• WMS or RF unit system experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Move goods from point to point within warehouse or distribution center.
• Supply production areas with product or move finished goods to storage.
• Monitor product quality and report problems to mitigate issues.
• Assemble orders and place on pallets or shelves as needed.
• Maintain productivity goals daily.
• Provide feedback to management on fulfillment or inventory issues.
