Job summary

Terex Corporation is seeking a Material Handler to transfer raw materials, parts, and finished products between production areas and warehouses. You will deliver parts to the assembly line using equipment while ensuring schedules are met and inventory levels are monitored.

The role requires reading and following detailed instructions, basic math, and clear communication. A High school diploma or GED is required, with prior warehouse experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and write notes.
• Must possess math skills including the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure.
• Demonstrate ability to speak clearly to be understood in one-on-one conversations.
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Prior material handling experience in a warehouse/ industrial environment

Responsibilities

• Delivers parts to production areas in a timely manner
• Counts material, equipment, or supplies as requested in stock and reports totals or updates inventory records.
• Prepares a list of depleted items, as well as defective or unusable items.
• Locate and extract information from files or online locations as requested
• Immediately report all safety incidents/accidents, no matter how small, to their supervisor.
• May participate in weekly, monthly, semi-annual, and annual physical inventories by entering data into the system and supporting the overall inventory process.
