SUMMARY

Method Flow Products, A Roeslein Company, is seeking a Material Handler I to join our team in the energy, mining, industrial power markets, and Integrated bio-energy solutions. This individual must have the desire to perform quality work safely, be detail-oriented, and have superior customer focus. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Advise and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WI’s) for consistency.
• Verifies the accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming orders.
• Must label products and place them accordingly in the correct location as referenced by Roestrac.
• Responsible for keeping a well-maintained and organized stock and inventory.
• Handling returns by completing documentation and other required communication.
• Responsible for keeping all material handling equipment in the best condition by conducting regular inspection.
• Collaborates effectively with internal departments to locate missing packages, fix incorrect deliveries and replace damaged products.
• Pull material to fill project needs and deliver to the project location.
• Must follow training and company procedures.
• Must be a leader who represents the organization with the ability to be a liaison to our customers, adhere to company standards, and resolve issues with urgency and professionalism.
• Must follow good housekeeping practices.
• Must comply with Roeslein & Method Flow Products core values for the safe and efficient operation of the business and the commitment to maintain respectful relationships with all employees.
• Performs all work in compliance with company standards, does not deviate from policies and procedures, and adheres to regulatory requirements.
• Safety is essential at Method Flow Products and all safety training classes must be completed with a 100% pass rate.
• Requires effective time management skills, personal conduct, and change management abilities.
• Ability to effectively interact with co-workers, clients, vendors, and other business contacts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have experience pulling a trailer.

• Strong computer skills and an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows based programs are required.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Work is performed in an office and in an uncontrolled atmosphere. Exposure to harsh conditions—such as: dust, fumes, chemicals, hazardous materials, noise, and varying weather and temperatures—for short periods of time is possible. All employees are required to follow safety standards and wear all personal protective equipment in designated areas.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to walk, stand, use hands and fingers, grip, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; and talk and hear. Ability to lift and carry 50lbs on a regular basis is required.
