Job summary

Novonesis in Madison, WI is hiring a Material Handler I to load, unload and move materials and finished products. You will follow work orders, inspect shipments, and prepare reports while maintaining a safe, clean work area and complying with GMP standards.

The role requires basic math, SAP data entry, and the ability to operate industrial trucks. Shift is 6:00am–2:30pm (1st shift) with on-site work and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and speak English.
• Knowledge of GMP, safety, sanitation and DOT hazardous materials.
• Able to operate industrial trucks or electric hoists.
• High school diploma or GED plus six months material handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload and move materials and finished products.
• Inspect vehicles and shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Enter data in SAP and prepare reports.
• Package and palletize shipments; label and document.
• Maintain clean work area and comply with safety rules.
