Job summary

Goodwill is seeking a Material Handler I to receive donations, sort and display merchandise, and support store operations in Hanford, CA. The role requires lifting up to 70 pounds, assisting donors, pricing items, and maintaining a clean and safe donation area.

Responsibilities

• Moves, sorts, selects and properly displays merchandise; ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
• Receives and processes donated goods; issues receipts and directions to donors.
• Tagging and hanging textiles, pricing wares, shoes, and furniture.
• Prepare donation area and keep store clean and organized.
• Assist with pricing items in conformity with pricing policies.
• Provide customer service and assist donors and customers on sales floor.
• Maintain safe work conditions and report hazards.
