Your role

As a member of the Supply Chain team you will support the operation of the plant daily while learning/understanding how established targets are met and exceeded. You will ensure all packing schedules are attained, products are received timely and accurately, products are shipped timely and accurately, and the plant materials stay in a state of good standing.

What you'll be doing

  • Transport/deliver materials.
  • Pack parts, supply machines, and discard scrap.
  • Order materials, wrap pallets, and make boxes.
  • Load/unload materials into and out of shipping containers.
  • Perform inventory management using batch trace; create/maintain/verify documentation.
  • Operate forklift.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements (Education, Experience and Qualifications):

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Class A CDL
  • Must have basic computer skills and ability to: read and understand job instructions, write legibly and use a numbering system, work with minimal direction, and communicate clearly/respectfully with all levels of personnel in area/plant.
  • Must be able to operate forklift and pallet jack.
  • Position requires occasional overtime on weekends and off shift to cover absentees and vacations on other shifts.
  • Industrial warehouse experience preferred.

Physical / Safety Requirements

  • Requires walking, lifting a minimum of 35 lbs., bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, reaching, standing, climbing, and carrying parts.
  • Safe operation of a forklift/motorized vehicle.
  • Must pass forklift physical.
  • Use of hands and fingers to manipulate office equipment is required
