Pay Range and Benefits

Job Summary

Transport materials to and from storage or work sites, load and unload materials from vehicles, handle donations carefully to avoid damage, secure materials during transport, and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Part-time positions may be available. Must pass a background check.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Load, unload, and move materials within the plant, yard, or work site.
  • Sort, store, and process incoming donations according to standards.
  • Transport merchandise to appropriate areas, following work orders or instructions.
  • Safely handle materials using manual or mechanical assistance.
  • Ride in trucks to assist with loading/unloading donations from residences or businesses.
  • Work flexible hours, including weekends, with potential overtime.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace.
  • Follow safety protocols and wear PPE.
  • Collaborate with workforce development and social services to provide client services.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
