Position Overview:
We're seeking a Material Handler I to join our Stockroom team. This position plays a critical role in keeping production running by ensuring materials are properly handled, tracked, and distributed throughout the organization.

What You'll Do:

  • Pull, count, and verify parts for kits and outgoing orders

  • Move materials between departments efficiently and accurately

  • Assist with receiving and putting away incoming stock

  • Perform cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies

  • Maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization

  • Support weekend production on a rotating basis

  • Uphold safety and quality standards at all times

What We're Looking For:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • 1-3 years of related experience

  • Basic math and strong organizational skills

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word

  • Familiarity with FIFO, part numbers, and inventory systems

  • Understanding of ESD practices
  • Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds and be on your feet throughout the day
