Dal-Tile Distribution, Inc. in Sunnyvale, TX, is seeking an intermediate Material Handler to operate forklifts and support receiving, stocking, and shipping. The role runs on 1st shift: 4:30 PM–1:00 AM, Monday through Friday.

Qualified candidates have a High School diploma, forklift certification, and 1+ year warehouse experience, plus at least 6 months on stand-up forklifts or order pickers. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

• Maintain clean, organized facility and follow safety rules; report accidents or hazards.

Dal-Tile is currently seeking an intermediate level Material Handler to join our TEAM! As a material handler we need someone that is experienced in stocking, checking, wrapping, and loading and unloading materials.

Pay Rate:

• Entry Rate: $18.54

• 3-month Progression Increase: $19.66

Shift:1st Shift

• Monday - Friday.

• 4:30 PM-1:00 AM

Primary Objective:

Operates various powered industrial trucks to pick customer orders and conveys orders to packing station or shipping area.

Major Function and Scope:

• Performs a variety of warehouse duties such as pull/assemble customer orders, check outbound orders for accuracy/completeness, inventory stock checks, restock and label vendor product, maintain displays (tools, caulk, etc.), move, store, and replenish material, and conduct daily cycle counts.

• Performs receiving duties such as receive and unload inbound material, process inbound shipments, stock material, process customer returns and notify management of damaged shipments for freight claims.

• Operates forklift equipment.

• Maintains clean and organized facility by sweeping, trash removal, restroom and general office maintenance, etc.

• Maintains a safe working environment by obeying all safety rules as outlined in the Safety Program and by reporting all accidents, unsafe conditions and acts to Management.

• Performs other related duties as required.

Experience and Knowledge Required:

• High School diploma or equivalent experience; Certified Sit-Down Forklift Operator.

• 1 or more years previous distribution/warehouse experience.

• Must have a minimum of 6 months previous stand-up forklift or order picker equipment experience. No experience required for pallet jack.

• Must be Dal-Tile certified to operate powered industrial trucks.
