Responsibilities
  1. Follow established procedures, processes, or policies.
  2. Operate a forklift or other equipment to transport materials within the facility.
  3. Develop a good knowledge of the company and may be assigned to projects for career development.
  4. Learn the principles, practices, and processes in the function or discipline.
  5. Develop the business knowledge required for the full job.
  6. Resolve problems with assistance from peers or supervisors depending on complexity.
  7. Follow defined procedures and practices.
  8. Communicate with immediate supervisor and team members.
  9. Support different products and areas as needed.
  10. Perform forklift daily inspections.
  11. Take responsibility for own actions and follow through on commitments.
  12. Participate in team meetings and share job-related information.
  13. Demonstrate attention to detail, attendance, and quality.
  14. Operate equipment safely and effectively.
  15. Practice safe working habits and follow safety guidelines.
  16. Understand basic functions of the ERP system.
  17. Assist in training new employees or those learning new work areas.
  18. Participate in the Drive to Zero program.
  19. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements

Physical Demands

Requires talking, hearing, manual manipulation, standing, walking, occasional stooping, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Includes computer-based work with periods of sitting and focus adjustment. Occasional travel may be required.
