Position Summary:

Accurately processes all customer and replenishment orders to ensure safety, quality, and performance goals are met daily.

Position Responsibilities:
  1. Pull raw material request orders for delivery to specified work centers in production and scan in RF device; supply required consumables to production areas; handle disposal of waste from the production floor, such as bad pallets and recyclables.
  2. Return materials to the raw warehouse and consolidate into existing bays upon put away, scanning in RF device.
  3. Follow all safety procedures, including safety startup checklists for powered industrial vehicles, notify team leader/supervisor of equipment issues immediately, wear all required PPE, participate in 6S events, and maintain good housekeeping and standard work execution.
  4. Report scrap, damaged products, or quality issues to the team leader/supervisor immediately.
  5. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers by willingness to take on additional responsibilities and support as assigned.
Knowledge and Experience:
  1. 1-4 years of experience in a warehouse setting.
  2. Good communication skills, fluency in English, both verbal and written.
  3. Forklift operator certification and demonstrated safe operation ability, including at elevated locations.
  4. Ability to comply with manufacturer’s weight limits and safety tether requirements for elevated work.
  5. Proper freight handling skills and knowledge of hazardous shipping regulations.
  6. Willingness to work and follow instructions.
  7. Reading skills sufficient to identify labels and understand written documentation.
  8. Cooperative attitude towards co-workers and supervisors.
  9. Willingness to collaborate and take on additional duties and projects.
  10. Operating skills for forklift, reach truck, and order picker preferred; training provided within 3 months.
Education and Certification:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
